Clinical Purpose

Lymphocyte Transformation Test (LTT). The LTT is one of the most reliable and sensitive methods for assessing the immune response capacity of active cellsóre of the immune system. The test examines the reactivity of T lymphocytesów after contact with antigens and haptens of different origin. Antigens can be bacterial toxins, metals, plastics, drugs or food components including preservatives. The study includes up to 4 submitted materialsów thatóll be developed in the laboratory (e.g., prosthetic materials, próbicaps, dental materials, cements, adhesives and others).
