Do any collection points offer service in foreign languages (e.g. English or Ukrainian)?
Yes, selected Synevo collection points offer service in English and Ukrainian. You can find a suitable location by using the filters on our Find a Collection Point page.
Where can I find the prices of the tests?
To get information about the prices of specific tests, please use the search bar at the top of the page where you can enter the test name and place a direct order, or contact our Customer Service by phone at +48 22 120 24 00, via chat, or by email at kontakt@synevo.pl.
Do I need a referral for privately performed tests?
Most tests can be performed privately and do not require a referral. However, some tests such as Panorama, Veracity, PAPP-A, glucose tolerance test, insulin curve, iron curve, prolactin test with MTC stimulation, preeclampsia profile do require a doctor’s referral. If you are unsure, please contact our Customer Service at +48 22 120 24 00.
Can someone else collect my test results?
Yes, we accept authorizations. To ensure data security, results can only be collected by an authorized person using the appropriate form. The authorized person must present an ID or another photo document when collecting the results. The completed form must be delivered to the collection point. Telephone authorizations are not accepted. Forms are available HERE.
Do I need to schedule an appointment for testing?
For most tests, no appointment is needed — you can visit any collection point. Some tests are performed only on certain days:
- LTT, histamine – Tuesdays and Thursdays
- CBA and subpopulations – Monday to Thursday

How long does it take to get test results?
Waiting time depends on the type of test. For most basic tests (e.g. blood count, ESR, general urine test), results are available within one working day, counted from the day after sample collection. For detailed information, please contact our Customer Service at +48 22 120 24 00.
Can I receive test results in a foreign language?
Results are issued only in Polish, except for SARS-CoV-2 tests, which are available in both Polish and English at no extra cost.
Can someone else deliver a sample on my behalf?
Yes, except for blood samples. Proper registration requires the patient's data (PESEL number, name and surname) and a written authorization confirming consent for the test submission.
