Clinical Use

Polycheck Rheumatology Panel is helpful in the diagnosis of autoimmune rheumatic diseases. With the determination of multiple antibodies simultaneously, the sensitivity of the test is increased. The panel includes antibodies of diagnostic and prognostic significance for such diseasesób as Sjögren's syndrome, systemic lupus erythematosus (SLE), neonatal lupus, polymyositis, anti-synthetase complex, systemic scleroderma, limited form of scleroderma, overlap syndromes or mixed connective tissue disease. Rib-p antibodies are also detected, whichóre in the course of lupus cause focal changes in the nervous system, which can manifest as mental disorders. All of the above-mentioned diseases are characterized by a high variability of symptomsów, which makes it difficult to róernize them without testing specific antibodies.
